What this is. The non-Pro variant of PRD-81, re-seated in the same near pixel-faithful rebuild of the Transactions page (header search / filter / date-range chips, deficit banner, two-column list with real row anatomy). A non-Pro user sees the "+ Add transaction" entry point, but tapping it opens a Pro upgrade prompt instead of the form (SCOPE FR10, AC10).
Faked vs real. Data, pricing and the search / filter / date-range controls are faked. On build the CTA runs the existing Stripe / entitlement upgrade flow (RevenueCat paywall on native); the CSV-row delete calls the real delete endpoint. The Pro form itself is the separate app.html.
